A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Cincinnati, Ohio.
A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries is driven by a single goal; to do our part in spreading the gospel message of Jesus Christ while helping individuals that are in need within our communities. We strive to build relationships, reflect, extend the love of God, and make a positive impact in all of our pursuits.
A.C.TS. Outreach Ministries is about looking for opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus providing the necessary things to sustain life naturally but most of all spiritually. We all have a testimony about where we have been and where God has brought us from. So we take those testimonies out into the community and we share with those that are without hope, the hope that we have in Christ Jesus.

“And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.” ~Jude 1:22=23
To compassionately reach the broken, boldly rescue the lost, and righteously restore lives by the power of Jesus Christ—pulling souls from the eternal judgement of fire while remaining set apart in holiness, discerning by the Spirit individual conditions and needs, making a difference that lasts through love, truth, and deliverance.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
-
The Authority of Scripture
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and conduct.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” — 2 Timothy 3:16
“Forever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.” — Psalm 119:89
The Oneness of God
We believe there is one true and living God, eternal in existence, indivisible in nature, and sovereign in power. He has revealed Himself as Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Ghost in regeneration—not three persons, but one God manifested in different roles.
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.” — Deuteronomy 6:4
“I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside me.” — Isaiah 45:5
“Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well.” — James 2:19
The Godhead Revealed in Jesus Christ
We believe in the fullness of the Godhead bodily dwelling in Jesus Christ. Jesus is not part of the Godhead; He is the visible image of the invisible God, the express manifestation of God in the flesh.
“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” — Colossians 2:9
“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh…” — 1 Timothy 3:16
“He that hath seen me hath seen the Father.” — John 14:9
The Necessity of the New Birth
We believe in the biblical mandate to be born again, which includes repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, evidenced by speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This is the only way into the Kingdom of God.
“Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” — John 3:3
“Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” — John 3:5
“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” — Acts 2:38
“And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” — Acts 2:4
The Work of the Holy Ghost
We believe that the Holy Ghost is essential for sanctification, power for service, and the believer’s daily walk. The evidence of the Holy Ghost's indwelling is speaking in tongues and a transformed life of holiness, obedience, and fruit-bearing.
“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses…” — Acts 1:8
“If any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.” — Romans 8:9
“Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” — Galatians 5:16

Every soul matters to Jesus Christ because, as scripture tells us in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." This profound truth reveals the depth of God's love, extending to each individual regardless of their circumstances or past. Every person is significant in His eyes, uniquely crafted and cherished. Jesus emphasized this love through His teachings, parables, and ultimate sacrifice, demonstrating that every heartbeat and every story holds value in the kingdom of God. It is this divine love that compels us to reach out, share hope, and extend grace to all souls, reinforcing that no one is beyond redemption or too far removed from His embrace.

Being the hands and feet of Jesus in our neighborhoods, cities, and nation means actively engaging in acts of service, compassion, and love for those around us. It involves reaching out to those in need, whether through providing food for the hungry, offering a listening ear to the lonely, or standing alongside the marginalized and oppressed. This embodiment of Christ’s love calls us to be present in our communities, building relationships that reflect His grace and mercy. By demonstrating selflessness in our daily interactions we spread the gospel message in tangible ways, showing the world that faith is not just a belief, but a call to action that transforms lives and communities.
