ABOUT US *

A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Cincinnati, Ohio.
A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries is driven by a single goal; To spread the gospel message of Jesus Christ.
We are committed to stay aligned with the teachings of Jesus and transforming lives through prayer, service, and compassion. We exist to bring hope, healing, and restoration to individuals, families, and communities by addressing both spiritual and practical needs.
Our mission is rooted in God’s promise to “rebuild the old waste places” (Isaiah 58:12). We believe that through the power of Jesus Christ broken lives, hurting families, and struggling communities can be restored and made whole again. What the world calls ruined, abandoned, or forgotten, God calls renewed, redeemed, and filled with purpose.
From prayer gatherings and mental health initiatives to community programs, revivals in the parks, and citywide outreach, A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries is devoted to being a repairer of the breach and a restorer of paths to dwell in. At our core, we are here to see lives reconciled to God, restored from brokenness, and renewed with hope in Christ Jesus.
Mission and Vision
-
Our Mission at A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries is to Align, Care, Transform & Serve.
Align our efforts with Christ’s teachings, ensuring that all ministry actions reflect His love and compassion for all people.
Care & Connect: Show compassion and understanding towards others, fostering a community built on empathy and love. We strengthen relationships within the community by creating a network of believers who support one another through the shared hope found in Jesus Christ.
Touch & Transform: Impact lives through the Word of God, prayer, compassion, and community service—meeting both spiritual and practical needs. Transformation comes as people encounter Christ, His healing power, and the restoration of broken places, renewing hope, and reviving communities for His glory.
Serve & Support: Demonstrate God’s compassion and grace through acts of service and outreach. We provide support to those facing mental health challenges, families in crisis, and individuals in transition—serving as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ and reinforcing His promise of reconciliation and restoration.
M.O.R.R. Housing (Ministry of Reconciliation and Restoration): As a program of A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries, M.O.R.R. Housing extends our mission by offering faith-based mental health support, transitional housing, and life-skills development. Through this initiative, we create safe and restorative environments where youth and families can heal, grow, and be reconciled to purpose through Christ.

“And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.” —Isaiah 58:12
The vision of A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries is to see lives, families, and communities transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. We envision a ministry that rebuilds the waste places—restoring what is broken through prayer, deliverance, and the Word of God—while also meeting practical needs with compassion and care.
Through our programs—including M.O.R.R. Housing (Ministry of Reconciliation and Restoration), mental health initiatives, community outreach, youth housing and development, and citywide revivals—we strive to create spaces of healing, renewal, and hope. M.O.R.R. Housing extends this vision by providing safe, faith-based housing and Christ-centered restoration for youth and families, equipping them to overcome challenges, rebuild their lives, and walk in renewed purpose.
We desire to be a living witness of Christ’s love: a people set apart in holiness, walking in discernment, and committed to reconciling souls to God. We see a future where neighborhoods are revived, minds are renewed, and generations are restored—where the hurting find wholeness, the lost find salvation, and communities encounter the presence and power of Christ through A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministries.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
-
The Authority of Scripture
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and conduct.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” — 2 Timothy 3:16
“Forever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.” — Psalm 119:89
The Oneness of God
We believe there is one true and living God, eternal in existence, indivisible in nature, and sovereign in power. He has revealed Himself as Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Ghost in regeneration—not three persons, but one God manifested in different roles.
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.” — Deuteronomy 6:4
“I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside me.” — Isaiah 45:5
“Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well.” — James 2:19
The Godhead Revealed in Jesus Christ
We believe in the fullness of the Godhead bodily dwelling in Jesus Christ. Jesus is not part of the Godhead; He is the visible image of the invisible God, the express manifestation of God in the flesh.
“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” — Colossians 2:9
“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh…” — 1 Timothy 3:16
“He that hath seen me hath seen the Father.” — John 14:9
The Necessity of the New Birth
We believe in the biblical mandate to be born again, which includes repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, evidenced by speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This is the only way into the Kingdom of God.
“Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” — John 3:3
“Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” — John 3:5
“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” — Acts 2:38
“And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” — Acts 2:4
The Work of the Holy Ghost
We believe that the Holy Ghost is essential for sanctification, power for service, and the believer’s daily walk. The evidence of the Holy Ghost's indwelling is speaking in tongues and a transformed life of holiness, obedience, and fruit-bearing.
“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses…” — Acts 1:8
“If any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.” — Romans 8:9
“Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” — Galatians 5:16

Every soul matters to Jesus Christ because, as scripture tells us in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." This profound truth reveals the depth of God's love, extending to each individual regardless of their circumstances or past. Every person is significant in His eyes, uniquely crafted and cherished. Jesus emphasized this love through His teachings, parables, and ultimate sacrifice, demonstrating that every heartbeat and every story holds value in the kingdom of God. It is this divine love that compels us to reach out, share hope, and extend grace to all souls, reinforcing that no one is beyond reconciliation, restoration and redemption or too far removed from His embrace.

Being the hands and feet of Jesus in our neighborhoods, cities, and nation means actively engaging in acts of service, compassion, and love for those around us. It involves reaching out to those in need, whether through providing food and shelter for the hungry and homeless, offering a listening ear to the lonely, or standing alongside the marginalized and oppressed. This embodiment of Christ’s love calls us to be present in our communities, building relationships that reflect His love, grace and mercy. We demonstrate selflessness in our daily interactions. We spread the gospel message in word and in tangible ways showing the world that faith is not just a belief but a call to action that transforms lives and communities.
“But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.” —1 John 3:17-18
